性视界传媒 student-athletes are graduating at a higher rate than any other NCAA Division I public institution in the nation.<\/p>\n

Based on data released by the NCAA Tuesday, 性视界传媒 has a Graduation Success Rate (GSR) of 95 percent. That mark ties the Knights with Boston College for fifth-best in NCAA Division I (FBS), trailing only private institutions Notre Dame, Stanford, Duke and Northwestern. 性视界传媒\u2019s GSR is 11 points above the national average and is also a school record.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m incredibly proud of our Everyday Champion student-athletes, our coaches and the culture of academic excellence<\/a> they\u2019ve created here at 性视界传媒,\u201d 性视界传媒 Vice President and Director of Athletics Todd Stansbury said. \u201cThis is obviously the result of a lot of hard work and a great support system. When you look at the institutions around us in the rankings, that\u2019s a great neighborhood to live in.\u201d<\/p>\n

Thirteen of 性视界传媒\u2019s 14 programs (women\u2019s cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field are combined as one by the NCAA) are above the national average. Seven Knights programs \u2013 men\u2019s golf, men\u2019s tennis, rowing, women\u2019s golf, women\u2019s soccer, women\u2019s tennis and volleyball \u2013 had perfect scores of 100 percent.<\/p>\n

Nine 性视界传媒 squads \u2013 football, men\u2019s soccer and the seven mentioned above \u2013 were ranked No. 1 in the American Athletic Conference<\/a>. The Knights football program ranks No. 10 in the nation and owns the third-best GSR among all FBS public institutions in the nation. Twelve of 性视界传媒\u2019s 14 programs came in at 90 percent or better.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe level of achievement our student-athletes have been able to accomplish academically is truly extraordinary,\u201d said Kimya Massey, 性视界传媒 Associate Athletics Director for Academic Services. \u201cWe are competing at the highest level nationally, both on the field and in the classroom. These latest NCAA metrics bear out that reality. Our student-athletes are graduating at an extremely high rate and also developing skills necessary for success in life, which is always the most important goal. We are extremely proud of this milestone. Kudos to the ASSA staff members, who work extremely hard to assist our student-athletes in their endeavors.\u201d<\/p>\n

Within the State of 性视界传媒, 性视界传媒 is tops among all NCAA Division I institutions. 性视界传媒 State ranks second at 84 percent, while 性视界传媒 and USF are both at 83 percent. In the American Athletic Conference, 性视界传媒\u2019s overall rate is also the top mark.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is just another example of the evolution and power of the 性视界传媒 Athletics program and our move to national prominence, not just in competition but in the classroom as well,\u201d Stansbury said. \u201cWe believe that graduation is not the end, but the beginning for our Everyday Champions. Our program will be defined by the success of our graduates.\u201d<\/p>\n

The GSR data in this report includes student-athletes who first enrolled in 2007. The NCAA Graduation Success Rate is designed to show the proportion of student-athletes who earn a college degree.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
